A bit about us

We’re an easy-going team, located in the heart of beautiful Brunswick Heads in Northern NSW. Our bakery is fast-paced (particularly over the weekends and holiday periods) and let’s be real—working behind the scenes at any bakery is not for the faint hearted. We're talking hot ovens, like really HOT, bread crumbs in all the wrong places, loyal regulars we adore, and some customers that really make us rethink our life choices in hospitality... But hey, it's all part of bakery life! We’ve got a great crew who know how to keep things light and fun. We all pitch in, share a laugh, and get things done, especially when the holiday rush hits.

Please don’t apply if you are only passing through, it requires time and energy to train new staff and we’d love you to stick around longer than a couple of months. If you’re still reading, then you might just be the right fit! We’re looking for people who are ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into the action. If you’ve got a good sense of humor, can handle a bit of chaos, and are ready to be part of a team that values hard work, we want to hear from you!
